These terms govern your use of MFTC Trading Academy ("we", "us", "the Academy"), operated by Yash Khajania (sole proprietor, trading as MFTC Trading Academy), and any course or mentorship you purchase from us. By enrolling, you agree to them.
Read this first. We provide trading education. We are not a SEBI Registered Investment Advisor, and nothing we teach or publish is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Trading carries a substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.
1. What you're buying
Enrolment gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access course material for the period stated in your chosen plan. You are not buying the content itself, and you do not acquire any ownership in it.
Access periods by plan:

Access begins on the date of successful payment and expires automatically at the end of the stated period.
2. One account, one person
Your account is for your use only. To enforce this, only one device can be signed in at a time — signing in somewhere new automatically signs you out elsewhere. Switching between your own devices is expected and fine.
We may suspend or terminate an account, without refund, if we find evidence of credential sharing, or of course material being recorded, downloaded, redistributed, resold or published anywhere.
3. Intellectual property
All course material — videos, frameworks, the Market Foot-Printing concept, 3 Wedge Structuring, Candle Reversal Theory, and all written and visual material — remains our property or that of our licensors.
You may not record, screen-capture, download, reproduce, republish, resell, or create derivative works from any of it, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
4. Live sessions
Live classes and weekend doubt sessions run at scheduled times, communicated in advance. We may reschedule where necessary. Recordings are made available where stated in your plan, but we do not guarantee that every session will be recorded or that a recording will be available immediately.
Weekend doubt sessions are available to students who have completed 100% of a course.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration details, including a working email address
- Keep your password confidential
- Not share, resell or transfer your access
- Conduct yourself respectfully in live sessions and community channels
- Comply with the laws that apply to you, including any local rules on trading
6. No guarantee of results
We make no promise, express or implied, that you will become profitable, recover your course fee, or achieve any particular result. Any performance figures we publish — including the mentor's own published P&L — are historical and do not predict future results. Trading outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your own decisions, discipline, capital and market conditions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the Academy is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the plan in question.
We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these terms — in particular sections 2 and 3. Where the breach is minor and fixable, we will normally contact you first.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on the site. Continuing to use the Academy after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes do not retroactively alter the access period you already paid for.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
